The short version
- Cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before cutting starts, for a full refund.
- Damaged, wrong item, or it doesn't fit? Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it free of charge. You pay only the shipping for the remade item.
- Changed your mind after the order is cut or delivered? No refund and no return, because every piece is made to order.
- Refunds go back to your original card within 7 working days.
1. Cancelling an order
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as cutting has not started. Call or WhatsApp us, or email [email protected], with your order reference. We refund the full amount you paid.
After 24 hours, or once your garment has been cut, the order can no longer be cancelled, because every piece is cut to your measurements or specification.
2. Returns
Because each garment is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. You never need to send a garment back to get a remake: keep the first one.
3. If it doesn't fit: free remake
If your garment does not fit, send us photos of it on you and your measurements within 14 days of delivery. We cut a new one free of charge. You pay the shipping cost for sending the remade item to you (currently Rs 2,800, the same flat rate as a normal order).
4. Damaged, faulty or wrong item: free remake
If your order arrives damaged, with a manufacturing fault, or is not the model, colour or size you ordered, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We make a replacement free of charge; you pay the shipping cost for sending it to you.
5. Change of mind after delivery
We don't offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been cut or delivered. The free remake above still applies if the fit is wrong (you pay the shipping).
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds (cancellations within 24 hours) go back to the original payment method: cards paid through Bank Alfalah are refunded to the original card, and Etsy orders are refunded through Etsy. We process refunds within 7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. Card payments are charged in Pakistani rupees, so we refund the rupee amount charged; for cards issued abroad, your card provider's exchange rate may differ slightly from the day you paid.
7. Orders through Etsy
Orders placed on our Etsy shop are also covered by Etsy's own purchase protection.
8. Bulk and private-label orders
Wholesale and private-label orders follow the terms agreed in writing for that order.
